Christopher Meade

Mr. Meade founded Meade Capital Advisors in early 2026 after five years working in Philadelphia's commercial lending and real estate finance landscape. A graduate of Temple University's Fox School of Business with a focus in finance, he's structured deals, analyzed capital mechanics, and worked directly with lenders - giving him a deep understanding of how commercial financing actually works and what moves capital.

As a Philadelphia Native, he knows the market inside out. He knows what lenders want to see. He knows the deal structures that get approved and the friction points that kill deals. That expertise comes from experience, not theory.

His approach is straightforward: he brokers on behalf of his clients because he understands both sides of the capital conversation. Developers, sponsors, and operators in the Philadelphia market hire him because he moves deals - efficiently, transparently, and on solid terms.
